September Hispanic Heritage Month
September 15-October 15 Wednesday, September 7th: Welcome Back to School HR Club and Student Council “Car Wash” 3:20-5:30 pm. We will have Chinese food after the car wash. Bring $6.
Monday October 17th – Friday October 21st: “Ally week”
Change Attitude, Change Behavior, change Directions, Change Lives, Change Policies, Change Voices. Be an Ally, Be the Change! Allies play a vital role in making schools safer for all students, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity/expression. In fact, the first Gay-Straight Alliance was the idea of a straight ally.
October 22nd: Wear Purple Day: Respect is the word! Stand up against Homophobia and any other type of Bulling!

Saturday, November 19th: Milwaukee Folk Fair. We will leave at 9:30 am and return at 4pm. $15 for the tickets and bus fare. You will need money for food and if you want to go shopping. Parents are invited and welcome to come.

crepes’ platter and Mexican drinks. $7 a plate. (Money to support our World
Language Department and Human Relations Club.)
